Concord Cemetery is located off of Concord School Road, which is off of Highway OO, very near Interstate 55.  If you are driving North on I55, you will be able to see the cemetery just after you go under the OO/DD overpass.  It will be on your right, up on top of a cliff.

Unfortunately, the Concord Schoolhouse no longer stands.  It was once in the parking area of the cemetery.  The first time I saw it (and only time I saw it up close), it was already in bad shape.  If I remember correctly, there weren't any windows and it had graffiti on it, aside from the usual wear-and-tear of a building that old.  From what I understand, a bad storm hurt it badly and it came down soon afterward - either sometime in 2004 or very early 2005.
