Q. Some of my married people aren't married anymore after I imported a GEDCOM. Why not?
A.
Whoopsie. I really don't know. When I first imported my GEDCOM some of the marriages weren't linked, and we never could figure out why. But the children still have both parents linked to them, just the parents aren't linked to each other. So I suggest that after importing a GEDCOM you check and see if your marriages are linked. If they're not, it's easy to add them by clicking the add link next to marriages when you are logged in.

I actually think this is a resolved issue, but just in case someone comes into contact with it, I will leave this part of the FAQ here...
