I'm seeking information on a SAMUEL LUTMAN, residing in St. Francois County, Missouri, in 1850, with his first wife, NANCY BAGLEY married: 12/02/1847, and their children, WILLIAM M. LUTMAN, b. 1848, and REBECCA J. LUTMAN, b. 1849. SAMUEL LUTMAN is listed in 1860, residing with his second wife, CATHERINE (McClenahan/McClenachan) LUTMAN, with his children by NANCY BAGLEY, and his and Catherine's child: William M Lutman 12-Rebecca J Lutman 10-Elizabeth A Lutman 3.12. SAMUEL and CATHERINE had seven more children, born in St. Genevieve County, Missouri, and duly recorded:
John E Lutman b: 1863 in Ste Genevieve Co, Missouri
Mary M Lutman b: 1868 in Ste Genevieve Co, Missouri
Sarah L C Lutman b: 1868 in Ste Genevieve Co, Missouri
Saphronia Lutman b: 1871 in Ste Genevieve Co, Missouri
Sam F Lutman b: 1873 in Ste Genevieve Co, Missouri
July M Lutman b: 1879 in Ste Genevieve Co, Missouri
Fanney M Lutman b: 1879 in Ste Genevieve Co, Missouri
I have a photocopy of a Land Patent, with SAMUEL LUTMAN purchasing 40 acres, in St. Francois, Missouri, in November, 1859.

My Gandmother, LILLY/LIDDY LUTMAN was born in 1880, when the SAMUEL LUTMAN family has, it seems, migrated away from St. Genevieve, and St. Francois Counties, Missouri. They are next found in Prairie du Rocher, Illinois, in 1886. An Illinois State Board of Health Form, documenting the marriage of their daughter, my Great Aunt Mary M. Lutman , and Alexis Godair, confirms that SAMUEL and CATHERINE LUTMAN were residing in Prairie du Rocher, in December, 1886.
